Welcome to the registration page for the KAPTS 2026 International Conference: Reimagining Private Tutoring in Asia – Experiences, Policies & Perspectives.


We warmly invite international scholars, practitioners, and students to join us in Seoul for this collaborative academic movement.


The registration fee for international participants is USD 220.  The fee covers access to the conference, workshops, and field visits, as well as meals and transportation provided during the two days of the conference program.


Please complete the registration form with the information below and your registration by April 8, 23:59 (UTC+9, Seoul time).

Purpose of Collection

Managing conference applications and participant information

Communicating schedules, program updates, and presentation-related notices

Processing registration fees and issuing receipts (if applicable)

Responding to inquiries and providing administrative support

Information Collected

Required: Name, affiliation, position/degree, email, phone number, nationality, presentation title (if presenting)

Optional: Payment information (if registration fees apply), additional information needed for conference operations

Retention Period
Your information will be stored for up to 3 years after the conference ends, or longer if required by applicable laws.

Third-Party Sharing
Your information will not be shared with third parties except:

When required for payment processing or conference operations

When required by law
(If sharing occurs, only the minimum necessary information will be provided.)

Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by contacting the conference organizer.

Right to Refuse
You may refuse to provide personal information. However, refusal of required items may prevent completion of your conference application.

Registration Process

Please submit your information through the official registration form.

A confirmation email will be sent within 3–5 business days after submission.
